We at ADS GmbH (collectively as “ADS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including FollowTheQuote.com (hereinafter as “service”, know you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Note that if an advertiser asks us to show an ad to a certain audience or audience segment and you respond to that ad, the advertiser may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they were trying to reach. sometimes we conduct advertising campaigns on third-party websites and applications (collectively, “Third-party Platforms”). 8. Grounds for processing

10. Specific third-party service providers

We have enabled Google Analytics to collect data about our traffic through the use of google advertisements and other anonymous identifiers. We use google analytics cookies and other cookies to compile data to better understand users and provide users with a more tailored experience. You can opt out of Google Analytics by visiting Google’s Opt-Out Browser Add-on website.

We use Google AdX to help with managing many of our revenue sources related to online display advertising inventory and allows us to buy and sell ad space on or relating to our services. And our services utilize Google AdSense to promote and manage advertising on those services tailored to our content and audience.

11. Retention of personal data

We retain personal data about you for as long as you have an open account with us and we will retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the lawful purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In some case we retain personal data for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or regulation. Afterwards, we retain some information in a depersonalized or aggregated form but not in a way that would identify you personally.

13. Applicability of the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and EU General Data Protection Regulation

We do not offer and sell products or services for purchase by anyone under the age of sixteen (16). In accordance with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”), we will never knowingly request or solicit Personal data from anyone under the age of sixteen (16) without verifiable parental consent.
