Positive thinking – stop comparing yourself
The colleague earns more, the neighbor has the nicer house, a colleague has already been promoted again… Constant comparisons prevent us from thinking positively. Even more, they make you unhappy. There will always be people who are supposedly better off. But much more who are worse off. Change your point of view! Focus on yourself and enjoy what you are, can, have. Focus on what you want, not others!
Everyone has strengths. Weaknesses too, of course. But many focus solely on their deficits. But that pulls you down and steals energy. By strengthening your strengths, the probability of success increases by 50 percent. Therefore, love and accept yourself for who you are. And make the most of it!
Your view of life determines your life
Slogan: the glass is half full or half empty? This is exactly how you ultimately decide about your life. Is it full of positive moments or is everything rather difficult for you, a cramp, exhausting and your head full of worries? Of course, you can’t gloss over difficult phases and events. If someone around you is seriously ill or if your boyfriend leaves you, it’s hard for you.
But you can accept things, not constantly revolving around problems, but pay attention to yourself and your strength. To the fact that after a difficult time there will always be a time to recharge your batteries and gather strength. That you don’t lose sight of the beautiful and the good in life even in difficult times. And you can make sure that you don’t close yourself off and persist in a defensive attitude towards life.
