Have you ever thought that you can do something that others have done? But maybe the saying “If somebody else can do something, it doesn’t mean that you can” is true and you can’t achieve everything. However, one should not be impressed by such negative thoughts.
Replace your negative thoughts
Don’t try to suppress negative thoughts. This leads to the so-called rebound effect and intensifies it. If you catch pessimistic hypotheses and thoughts, then consciously turn them around and replace negative assumptions with positive ones. For example, “I can’t do it” becomes “I will do it.” It makes a huge difference how we look at the world and our future. Our energy goes where our attention is directed. It is not uncommon for this to result in a self-fulfilling prophecy – for better or for worse. Ultimately, success is above all: a matter of attitude.
Think positive – use the power of autosuggestion
Even in the saddest moments, you should always remember what is good in life. Often you only think about what is going wrong. Turn the tables! In bad moments, take a piece of paper and write down what is good in your life.
Even if the bad mood whispers to you: “It’s all stupid right now”, don’t listen to them and try to think positively. Yes, it’s a stupid, difficult phase right now, but right now you should address it.
We often underestimate the power of auto-suggestion. We often smile at managers who say “I can do it. I can do it!” chant. But there is a great deal of truth that we can manipulate ourselves (for good).
