There are no stupid questions, just stupid people
Thinking positively makes you more successful
Another important point is that people with a positive outlook on life tend to be more successful. You don’t dwell on mistakes that long. If they happen, they say to themselves: The reason lies with others, not me. I am only responsible for the successes. That is a lie of life and you also know it, but it is good for you. With the thought that you haven’t done anything wrong yourself, you sleep well and go happily through the day.
Get your head free – without having to design the whole thing as a wink with the fence post. Talking to others can make it clear that you really have way too much work and that someone else still has the capacity. Then your husband will pick up the children from training. Or a colleague will help you with a task. Dare to ask for help and return the favor to those who support you.
Search specifically for the good
There is something good in almost every situation. Sometimes it catches the eye. In some cases you have to search first. This is exactly what you should train: Take the time to look for the positive even in difficult situations. First, accept the situation as it is. Then turn your attention to the positive aspects: Did you learn anything? Have you been able to grow and develop from it? Even a step back can be a step further. Instead of getting angry, learn to see the possibilities. And you will discover a universe.
I often ask myself what questions I should ask myself in order to always look ahead positively. Often it is not easy for me to ignore the failures and just concentrate on the successes. But I now look positively at my work here and the numerous quotes in the ‘Ruthless Quotes‘ category. Always in the hope that you will like them and motivate you.
